Michael J. Delaney
Mike Delaney, President of MJDelaneyAssoc.LLC, brings an extensive business background to his leadership consulting practice. He specializes in leadership development, executive assessments and executive coaching. During his 35 years as a senior executive in human resources he has developed expertise in leading organizations going through significant change, including structural, governance and strategic planning.
As part of executive leadership teams, Mike has played a key role in assessing and assembling leadership teams to meet their strategic and change management challenges including coaching leaders to maximize their own personal and professional effectiveness. Mike’s experience spans several industries including financial services, professional services and manufacturing. His combined corporate and consulting background allows him to bring a unique presence to the field of leadership development, executive assessment and executive coaching.
Mike is a Certified Professional Integral Coach® through one of the world’s leading international coaching schools – Integral Coaching Canada. He holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from University of Illinois, an M.A. in Industrial Relations/Organization Development from University of Minnesota and has continued his studies in change management and leadership development through Northwestern University. Mike leads the Chicago office of The Center for Character-based Leadership.
